Causes your head To implode And all you have left
Is a body A worthless Rag doll Of flesh, blood, And bone
In the prison that is your helpless mind You have
But one thought To decide What happens next When that time comes to me My one thought Is you My mind
Begins to expand again The pressure is released The shit Washed away And all, again, Is found
AnxietyI lose control My stomach turns My mind fears I’m toldAnxiety
“Everything’s ok” “Your gonna be fine” I know
It’s true But
I can’t stop Can’t regain control Can’t stop the fear I try to relax I try to clam
My self Then a voice
Soothing Tells me
What I know But it’s different A hand
Touches mine As soft as cotton As gentle as A warm breeze I begin to calm And relax The fear
Seeps away I regain control I am happy again
